Enhancing advertiser efficiency and lead quality across Meta’s Lead Gen Ecosystem
As part of Meta’s Monetization organization, I design end-to-end advertiser experiences for Lead Gen Ads, focusing on both creation (building high-performing lead forms and creatives) and retrieval (managing, integrating, and acting on lead data). Our mission is to reduce friction, improve lead quality, and drive incremental advertiser value across Facebook Ads and Meta Business Suite.
My contributions span from defining strategy and user journeys to shipping polished, visioning future of creation and retrieval experience leveraging AI, and designing scalable interfaces that improve advertiser efficiency, campaign performance, and revenue impact. I collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to simplify workflows for enterprise advertisers, bring richer ad consumption experience for consumers, enhance or launch high-impact advertiser features including Rich Creative customization and multiple CRM integrations.

Transforming lead ads creation to a guided, story-driven experience
This case study explores the redesign of Rich Creative within Facebook Lead Ads, a form experience that lets advertisers add storytelling sections in their lead form. The Improved experience successfully reduced setup friction for SMBs and agencies, increased form completion, and improved perceived lead quality.

To let domain experts facilitate active knowledge sharing and topic verifications within communities, fostering engagement and driving company growth.
As the first designer on the team, I led the end-to-end design of the Answers (Knowledge Q&A) platform—one of the most significant feature upgrades in the broader Viva Engage launch. Ensuring healthy engagement and strong first impressions, I developed a unified onboarding and education framework that could scale across new features that can also be served as a reusable system for guiding users through future feature rollouts.

Revolutionizing large-scale meeting engagement with interactive Q&A sessions and a new conversation model
This case study explores redesign of Viva Engage, an employee engagement and social networking tool. The focus is on enhancing the entire lifecycle experience of live events, including event discovery, live communication, knowledge sharing, and retention. I led collaborated across orgs to align on strategy and roadmap. We successfully shipped Live Events Q&A redesign and Townhall MVP and launched more engagement features in to drive monetization.
The experience extended beyond supporting Viva Engage and was integrated into Teams to power large-scale events—such as Town Halls—enhancing the true end-to-end experience for audiences, regardless of their platform of choice.

Yahoo! | Gemini & DSP Ads (Work sample)
Driving growth and innovation in the advertising platform
At Yahoo!, I identified a gap in Gemini, the company’s native advertising platform, which lacked mobile access for campaign managers. Partnering with the product and engineering leads, I initiated and led the design of the Gemini Mobile App, enabling advertisers to monitor performance, pause campaigns, and adjust budgets on the go. As the sole designer, I owned end-to-end UX/UI design, created the first mobile design system, and guided the app through research, iteration, and launch. The app was successfully released on iOS and Android, making campaign management accessible to all Yahoo Gemini Ads users and earning strong praise from leadership for driving innovation and flexibility.
Following the mobile launch, I led key desktop redesigns to strengthen Gemini’s enterprise usability and visual cohesion. This included overhauling Bulk Edit/Upload, Ad Formats Composer, and the Native Ads client homepage, while providing creative direction to a small design team. These initiatives elevated workflow efficiency, improved consistency across touchpoints, and positioned Yahoo Ads to better compete with industry leaders.

Designing global communication experiences for Yahoo! Mail and Messenger
At Yahoo!, I led the end-to-end redesign of Yahoo Mail’s mobile web experience, “Noble”—a touch-optimized version delivering fast, reliable access across devices and network speeds. The redesign introduced a cleaner UI, intuitive gestures, and seamless HTML integration between desktop and mobile, mirroring the native app’s quality while remaining lightweight. Collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and designers, we released the new touch experience globally to over 300M users with an opt-out rate under 1%, significantly improving engagement and usability.
Beyond Noble, I contributed to key Yahoo Mail features including Compose and Smart Views and helped drive the cross-platform rebrand of desktop and mobile apps. Through close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers, I helped shape a cohesive, modernized ecosystem that bridged mobile and desktop experiences while supporting engagement and native-app adoption through subtle in-product interactions. In parallel, I designed for Yahoo Messenger (iOS & Android), focusing on creating a more expressive and engaging real-time communication experience. My work included, aimed at strengthening social connection and retention.

Elevating shopping experience through tailored onboarding
I got hired by Rakuten (Formerly Ebates) to lead redesign for its digital luxury shopping platform - ShopStyle's iOS & Android app. My key contributions include overall app redesign and style guide update. One of highlights was “Tailored Shop” update, which creates a more relevant shopping experience for users through a new smart filter onboarding process that results in a curated and personalized shopping experience showcasing brands shoppers love. The primary goal was to create more relevant shopping experience for users and get them to be interested in signing up for account. We also wanted users to get motivated and engaged by being provided with curated result with items from their favorite brands at more earlier level.
I led the product discovery and design processes for both iOS & Android mobile apps while working closely with design lead for desktop for cohesiveness and alignment between experience between two platforms. Additionally, I assisted with quality assurance during the implementation phase working closely with engineering team and update/enhance UI and style guide based on reviews. We had a successful feature release and conversion - more users complete required steps and create/log in to account - increase by 15%

Enabling the sharing of deals with friends and family though a seamless gift-purchasing process
During my time with Groupon's design team, I took ownership of designing multiple key features for enhancing the consumer experience on the platform. One standout project I led was the comprehensive redesign aimed at streamlining Groupon Gifting. The existing experience lacked discoverability, and there was a clear absence of onboarding or educational materials to help users understand the feature.
By enhancing the gifting experience with clear guidance and onboarding, we not only improved user satisfaction through personalization but also strengthened upselling efforts—resulting in notable growth across key success metrics.
